2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation.
During sales or busy periods, processing may take a bit longer, but we always do our best to ship your items as quickly as possible.
3. Shipping & Delivery

Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase! However, if you’re not completely satisfied, you can request an exchange or return under the following conditions:
1. Eligibility for Return/Exchange
You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return or refund unless there’s a manufacturing defect.
2. Return Process

Provide your order number and the reason for return or exchange.
Our team will guide you through the next steps, including pickup or courier return instructions.
3. Replacement & Refunds
If the returned product meets our quality check, we’ll issue a replacement or store credit within 5–7 working days.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed via the original payment method or as store credit.
In case of wrong or damaged items, AZTrend.Store will bear the return shipping cost. For size or preference-based exchanges, the customer may bear the courier charges.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before shipment by contacting our support team. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled but may be eligible for return as per our return policy.
